2. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full session price will be charged.
3. Spa Etiquette
Maintain a quiet atmosphere; keep conversations at a low volume and turn off or silence mobile phones.
4. Payment
Rates: Our rates are subject to change without prior notice. Current rates will be provided at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept cash and GCash only.
5. Health Conditions
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs prior to your treatment.
6. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables secure.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or violating spa policies.

9. Liability
SpaHolic Sanctuary Massage and Spa is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after your treatment.
