How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through our Booking Page, Kakao Talk ID: Spaholicsanctuary, via phone, or in person at our spa.

You can also click the message icon and booked online through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Viber, Line, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Telegram.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

Do you accept walk-ins?

While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability.

We accept cash and GCash only.

Is gratuity included in the service price?

Gratuity is not included in the service price. Tips are appreciated and can be given directly to your therapist.
